Second Chance Thrift Store Second Chance is the thrift store of Community of Hope. The thrift store opened to provide affordable clothing to the community, as well as, to provide valuable work and volunteer experience for the members of COH. All funds raised from Second Chance will be put back into maintaining the store and running the programs and services at COH. STORE HOURS Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 5pm
