Our annual Christmas Banquet was held on December 15, with meal times at 3 & 5 p.m. A big thanks to all those who volunteerred their times, resources and skills to make it all possible. Good time were had by all and everyone left with food, gifts and merry hearts. We know the banquet makes a true difference to those at our COH community. Please continue to pray for us in the new year as new & exciting opportunies come our way!
COH is expanding! Hallelujah!... After years of waiting & praying, we have finally acquired the 2nd floor of the building that COH & Second Chance are currently located in. Although there are many great ideas about what the space should be used for, none have been completely finalized at this point. However, it has already been so amazing to witness God's goodness in providing the right opportunity and resources at the right time.
There's still a lot of work to do, and we're calling for volunteers to help us bring things together. It is a huge space... approximately 3000 sq. feet, and it will need a lot of love and care to transform it into a clean, safe, and useable space. The first renovation session will Saturday August 18th, with time slots from 10am - 2pm & 2pm - 6pm. Please feel free to come out and use those muscles for a great cause!
